Delivery Policy
Service Delivery Process
After receiving your order, you will be prompted to receive a PDF and Word file and an email from us containing the complete information and materials required to fill in. If the system prompts you to start downloading immediately, your completion of the download will indicate that we have started to provide you with services and that you accept our terms of service and policies.
Contact Requirements
If you are unable to download the required PDF and Word files, or you do not receive an email from us containing the complete information and materials required to fill in, you must contact us within 5 days from the order date. If you do not contact us within 2 days from the order date, the service you purchased will be deemed to have started the service process.
Material Submission Requirements
If you still cannot provide the complete materials required in the PDF and Word within 7 working days, it will be deemed that you are no longer able to provide them, the service project will be terminated, and no refund will be given.
